Johnny Manziel is adamant that he should be the number 1 pick in the NFL Draft

Johnny Manziel has some interesting signals

Johnny Manziel believes that he should be the number 1 pick in the 2014 NFL Draft in May. Granted, there are about 10 other players that believe they should be the number 1 pick also, but Manziel went so far as to say that if the Texans didn’t pick him it would be a big mistake.

“It would be the worst decision they’ve ever made,” he says, smiling. “I’d be in the same division playing against them twice a year. Sorry, but you just turned that chip on my shoulder from a Frito into a Dorito.”

If the Texans were to draft Johnny, they would certainly do well in terms of ticket sales in Texas, but he may not fit into what Bill O’Brien has in mind as a first year head coach. O’Brien may choose to go with someone else and that’s his call.

Also, there’s only one quarterback that gets to carry a Dorito on his shoulder, and his name is Tom Brady. If Manziel goes in the first round, which he will, there’s no reason for him to get all huffy and puffy about not being the number 1 pick.

Just play the game son.
